Farmhouse Dining table
Handcrafted locally, this rectangular dining table features a washed finish wood top set over a dark trestle base. Designed with a sturdy solid top and rustic silhouette, it serves as a functional centerpiece for mealtime gatherings. It is available individually or as part of a complete five-piece set.
Background Note
Trestle tables are among the oldest European dining designs, originating in the Middle Ages to provide sturdy yet easily moveable surfaces. The structure uses vertical end supports joined by a central stretcher, maximizing open legroom along the table sides. Modern rustic furniture draws on this historic tradition by pairing textured wood tops with painted frame accents.
